Introducing Coach Katie.As a female coach, my mission is to tackle dated gym sterotypes and empower you through strength. But Katie's coaching goes beyond the gym. She believes that true wellness encompasses all aspects of your life, and as such, she offers comprehensive coaching that addresses your mindset, lifestyle, and habits. Her goal is to empower you to make sustainable changes that will transform your life, both physically and mentally.
1-2-1 Sessions
This is the most comprehensive training experience I offer. I will guide you through a range of exercises tailored to your individual needs/goals - the only thing you need to do is show up!
Each session will last for 60 minutes and are sold in packs of 4, 8 or 12 sessions.

This allows me to understand your body better: Injuries/Imbalances/Limitations
Tailor made program
A program specially designed with your goals and screening results in mind - this time it’s personal.
Nutritional guidance
You can not out-train a bad diet. We need to begin by understanding your lifestyle so that we can identify bad habits and change them in to better ones.

This service is suitable for those who are currently in training that require guidance and a template to follow. A personal fitness program
The value of having a well thought out, tailor made exercise program is huge and acts a fast track towards results.
Consultation at the Studio
Here, we will discuss your fitness goals in depth and conduct a movement screen.
Your personalised fitness program
You will receive your 4 week training plan that will be inclusive of every aspect of the session: Warm up/Strength/Aerobic/Conditioning/Mobility.
Program refresh
Once you have completed the initial 4 weeks, it is important that we make alterations to increase the intensity of the sessions and edge closer to your fitness goal.
In some instances, you may be required to visit the studio once again. This will allow us to conduct further performance assessments, to ensure we are heading in the right direction.
